Une très belle expérience, à recommencer Positive: La tranquillité, le spa pour relaxer

DON’T FALL INTO THIS TRAP Negative: You arrive at the house at 5:15 p.m. and a maintenance man tells you that there is no running water in the house and that he doesn't know if there will be or not because it's late and they need to call a technician. He gives you half a bottle of running water so you can get by. Besides, the code to enter the house doesn't work. You try to contact the owner through the app but he doesn't answer. It's late and high season, so obviously, a house without running water can't be accepted. Through Booking, they tell me to find another place and that they'll fix it. So I write to the owner, who still doesn't answer either my call or the calls from Booking. I repeat that there is no running water to shower, wash, etc ... which is not nonsense and at the time it is, either look for something now or you end up sleeping there without water or in the street. Once I booked a new (more expensive) hotel through booking, the owner answers that I give him time to look into what is happening (his technician had already told me) and I tell him again that I have already looked for another place because I can't stay in a house without water and to which I can't enter either, and he answers me with something else... At 8:00 PM he writes me again that the water is fixed (I am already in another hotel as I have told him 3 times) and continues to ignore me and charges me for the night. I tell him again that I have already warned him since 5:00 PM that I can't stay in a house where I am not guaranteed whether there will be water or not, as is logical, and he or she always goes his own way: the only thing that matters to him is collecting. It's only about 150 Canadian dollars, which is why it's so sad that someone would run a business like this.

Perfect for glamping Positive: The location is very accessible from Quebec city, yet surrounded by nature and calm. The soze of the cabin is perfect for 2, and we really enjoyed the privacy of the fireplace and jacuzzi. Negative: Although it was really comfortable, it didn't feel super clean, especially with all the ladybugs arround the window frames... There was also a bit of molding, but I guess you could expect that in a refuge.
